Safety information:

Make sure the toy is suitable for your child’s age. Children develop at different rates and may require parental supervision when playing with toys in advance of their years

Regularly check the toy to make sure it hasn’t become worn and unsafe. If you think that it, or could have, contact us and we can help you to get it repaired or replaced.

Always follow instructions and safety warnings.

We always want to improve, so please report any safety issues to Phoenix Toys.
All packing materials, such as card, paper, tape and tags are not part of this toy, and should be recycled or disposed of safely.

Care and maintenance:

1. Only clean the toy by wiping with a damp cloth.
2. Keep the unit out of direct sunlight and away from any direct heat source.
3. Do not drop the toy on hard surfaces
4. Do not expose the toy to water other than when cleaning in accordance with paragraph 1 above.

End of life:

If you believe that the toy has reached the end of its useful life, please drop it off at a designated Phoenix Toys drop-off point, return it to Phoenix Toys, or any other polylactic acid (PLA) recycling point, which may be through your local authority's recycling scheme.
